A Complete Five-Year Training Program in 3D Animation

MoPA’s 3D animation film program spans five progressive years, covering the entire production pipeline of an animated film. From the first year, students are immersed in a creative environment where they explore drawing, perspective, storytelling, and the fundamentals of animated imagery.

In the following years, students refine their artistic and technical skills, using industry-standard software such as Maya, Houdini, Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, and more. Training covers all stages of production:

• Scriptwriting and storyboarding

• Compositing and editing

• Shading, lighting, and rendering

• Rigging and character animation

• 3D modeling and texturing

In the final year, students work in teams to produce a graduation short film under conditions similar to a professional studio. This project serves as a high-quality showreel — a key asset for professional integration and a powerful portfolio piece presented to studios during festivals and juries.
