Solidarity Committee
Remaining true to its long-standing values of humanism and solidarity, the MoPA animation film school is committed to promoting equal opportunities and a more just society.
She is committed to welcoming students from diverse backgrounds into her community. Some may face challenges that can hinder their access to higher education. With a strong desire to support as many students as possible, MoPA offers dedicated financial aid and support schemes to assist students and their families in funding tuition fees, including an internal Solidarity Committee.
Operating procedures
The Solidarity Committee can grant financial assistance, in the form of a reduction in tuition fees, to students facing personal and financial difficulties.
Scholarship schemes for studies and internships abroad: Erasmus+ and other opportunities
Erasmus+ Scholarships
Our animation film school holds the Erasmus+ Charter, enabling students to benefit from dedicated support for European mobility, whether for an internship or an academic exchange.
As such, students enrolled in the animation filmmaking program may receive an Erasmus+ grant to help cover expenses related to international mobility (housing, transport, daily living costs).
On average, the amount of this grant ranges between €320 and €370 per month, depending on the destination country and the duration of the mobility period.
These grants provide additional financial support and may, under certain conditions, be combined with other forms of financial aid.
For more information about the Erasmus+ programme and eligibility requirements, you can visit the official website of the European Commission.
Other Scholarships
In addition to Erasmus+ grants, other scholarship schemes exist to support students in their international mobility. These include regional grants, awarded by certain local authorities or institutions to help students studying or undertaking placements abroad.
There are also country-specific grants, such as those offered by OFAJ for stays in Germany or OFQJ for Canada. These grants may be awarded in addition to the Erasmus+ grant and vary according to the eligibility criteria of each programme. Details regarding the amounts and application procedures are available on the respective organizations’ websites, and students are encouraged to consult them directly for up-to-date information.
Sibling discount
A 10% tuition fee discount is granted upon the enrolment of a second member of the same family in one of the EDH Group schools. This discount applies only while two or more siblings are enrolled at the same time and is applied to a single tuition account.

Housing support
Granted by the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) based on income, housing benefits such as APL (Personalized Housing Assistance) or ALS (Social Housing Allowance) are available to all students. However, these benefits cannot be combined with other family allowances for children under the age of 20.
The average amount of housing assistance ranges from €200 to €240 per month.
Scholarships
Students in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 of our 3D animation filmmaking program may be eligible for CROUS scholarships. Preparatory class students are not eligible for CROUS grants.
Student jobs and paid internships
Depending on their schedules, students can balance part-time jobs alongside their studies.
Financial aid
Regions, departments, and cities often provide financial support to students from their area. Scholarships, interest-free loans, and emergency aid may be granted based on social criteria, field of study, academic level, or study plans.
Partnerships for IT equipment, software, and supplies
Students at the animation film school MoPA benefit from exclusive access to a full suite of professional software, including the Adobe Suite (available both on campus and remotely). They can also use specialized 3D software such as Maya, Unreal, Renderman, Substance, ZBrush, Nuke, and Houdini, as well as the Render Farm and Deadline – Reemo for large-scale projects. These tools are available on campus, providing students with an immersive and professional experience in animation, 3D, and digital production.
In addition, thanks to our partnership with Géant des Beaux-Arts, MoPA students benefit from a 20% discount on art supplies and creative materials at the start of the academic year, valid throughout the year. A supply pack is also offered at the beginning of the year at a negotiated rate, with discounts ranging from 40% to 50% off in-store prices.
