This is not a film

Inspired by The Treachery of Images by Magritte, This Is Not a Film plays with appearances and preconceived ideas. We follow a hurried figure, swept up in the bustle of New York, then moving through Belgium, in a frantic race… until reaching an unexpected place: a movie theater symbolized by the calm of a forest. A film that questions our relationship with images, movement, and time, and reminds us that sometimes, cinema begins where everything slows down.
