Le Bruit du Silence at ARTE's animated shorts competition

‘Court-circuit’, ARTE's short film magazine, is organising an animated short film competition in which the team behind Le Bruit du Silence, presented as the graduation film of the MoPA animation film school, is taking part... and you have until 10 June to vote and support the film!

Le Bruit du Silence, a graduation film from the MoPA animation film school, was directed by Marjorie DUTRIAUX, Téo FRANTZ, Dora ÖZAL, Damien RUDEAUX and Violette TALALAEFF. It tells the story of Maryline, a young woman who is a victim of sexual violence and comes to the complaints office for help. But she soon comes up against a world of rejection and indifference that will break her into a million pieces.

With 18 festival selections to date and 2 major awards (First Prize at the Chilemonos International Animation Festival and Grand Prix Étudiant at the Animakom Fest), Le Bruit du Silence has already carved out a place for itself on the animated short film scene, and continues to do so by taking part in ARTE's Animated Short Film Competition.

Since October 2023, no fewer than 245 films have entered the competition, which is organised by ARTE's short film magazine Court-circuit. Aimed at film school and university students from all French-speaking countries, the competition is a great opportunity for the team behind the film Le Bruit du Silence to win one of the ‘ARTE Prizes’ awarded by a jury of professionals, as well as one of the ‘ARTE Internet Users’ Prizes, awarded by Internet users voting on the competition platform.

And you can play your part by voting for Le Bruit du Silence in just one click!

I support Le Bruit du Silence

The whole MoPA team wishes the film team the best of luck!
